Frequently Asked Questions

Can I collect an order that I place online in store?

Yes! Just select the In Store Pickup shipping option when checking out. We'll send you an email when your order is ready for collection. Typically In Store Pickup orders are available by the next business day.

Can I drop off buylists?

Yes, you can drop off buylists, however they will go into our regular processing queue, and will typically be processed on the next business day.

Can I sell cards to MTG MATE in store?

At the moment we are still only accepting cards through our buylist, however our staff will gladly assist you in store with setting this up.

Do you have anything in store that is not available online?

Yes. We have a range of accessories, sealed Magic: The Gathering product, and Magic: The Gathering singles that don't meet the grading standards for our online store.

Can I use my store credit in store?

Yes, however credit currently cannot be used on sealed Magic: The Gathering product at this moment.
